I love running and having an adventure while doing it. Trail running started for me in 2009 and grew in bounds to completing my personal best in distance of the 160km Tuffer Puffer. I've also dipped my toes in adventure racing, having competed in three 500km Expedition Africa events.

Having seconded my paragliding spouse on two previous X-Berg Challenges, I'm looking forward to competing against him in this one.
